1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged / Defective Items: If you receive a piece that is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If the item delivered does not match your order (wrong design, color, or size sent by us).

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must notify us within [3 to 7 days] of receiving your package.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Customized, altered, or tailor-made orders are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is a manufacturing error on our part.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought on clearance or promotional sales (“Sale Edit”).

  • Custom-stitched or customized abayas.

  • Products that show signs of wear, perfume scent, or alteration.

3. Return Process

  2. Once your request is verified and approved, our team will provide instructions on how to return the product to our facility.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Store Credit (depending on payment method and customer preference) within [5–7 business days].
