Q1: Do you offer custom abaya designs and fabric customization?

Yes! We offer full customization. You can get any abaya design customized in your preferred size, fabric (Korean Crinkle Nida, Sheesha Silk, Raw Silk, etc.), color, or styling. Simply share your requirements or design reference with our team on WhatsApp at +92 333 3456315.

Q3: What materials and fabrics do you use for your abayas?

At Sheen Wears, we use premium quality, lightweight, and breathable fabrics such as Korean Crinkle Nida, Sheesha Silk, Raw Silk, and high-grade chiffon. Specific fabric details are mentioned on each product’s page.

Q4: How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days for major cities across Pakistan, and 5 to 7 working days for other regions. Custom orders may take an additional 3–5 days for stitching and processing.

 

Q5: What is your exchange and return policy?

We offer exchanges or returns if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please notify us within 3 to 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Custom-stitched items are non-refundable unless there is a defect from our end.

 

Q6: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as direct Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
